"Victoria Blisse is new to this reviewer and I was pleasantly surprised by this story. Told in the first person, readers quickly come to like Jenny with her cheerfulness and innate kindness. Yet underneath her warm smile beats the heart of a woman with her own insecurities which makes her that much more endearing. Jonathan is a nice male character and although he doesn’t say much, he definitely connects with Jenny. The scenes between them illustrate rich holiday traditions and build to some heated encounters.
